OAGS Light, Darkness and Visibility

All characters, unless they have an Advantage or Disadvantage that states otherwise, are sight-dependent. Sight-dependent characters take penalties in conditions of reduced visibility. Although the table refers to light and dark, visibility can also be reduced by fog, smoke or light that is too bright.
