An agent working for The Brotherhood who specializes in shutting down monsters, mages and freaks quietly and with minimum collateral damage. They will often attempt to weaken powerful mages, vampires and werewolves for the hardier troops to take down. Competent little brothers are often looked to when a brother position needs filling, hence the name.
